Reporting a situation: discrimination, harassment and sexual violence at university

This form can be filled out by UCBL1 students and staff.

Step 1: characterising your report

The testimony has no character limit.

Step 3: ask for a confidential meeting

 

Your report is strictly confidential. The coordinator of the listening cell will be in contact with you using the contact details you have provided (email or telephone number).

• • Moral harassment: repeatedly imposing on a person, in a professional or academic context, comments or behaviour that may lead to a deterioration in their living conditions. This results in a deterioration of the victim's physical or mental health.
  • Bullying: repeatedly imposing on a person, in an academic context, comments or behaviour that may lead to a deterioration in their living conditions. This results in a deterioration of the victim's physical or mental health.
  • Sexual harassment: repeatedly imposing on a person, sexist or sexually connoted remarks or actions.
  • Sexist or sexual violence of any kind: any sexually connoted act, committed with violence, coercion, threat, or surprise; and/or all unwanted sexualisation/behaviour that affects the dignity, health or physical integrity of the victims.

  • Discriminatory violence of any kind: a violent incident that the victim, a witness or any other person perceives to be incited by prejudice or bias, intolerance or hatred, whether or not it constitutes an offence or crime under the Penal Code.
