Arqus Open Mobility Agreement

All members of the Arqus alliance, which includes the universities of Granada (Spain), Graz (Austria), Leipzig (Germany), Maynooth (Ireland), Minho (Portugal), Padua (Italy), Vilnius (Lithuania), and Wrocław (Poland), hold the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). The Open Mobility Agreement, known as the “OAM,” which has been signed by all members of the alliance, is an extension of Erasmus mobility activities.

The OAM is a standalone agreement that complements existing Erasmus+ or bilateral agreements in specific fields. It aims to enable mobility across all levels of study and all fields of study for students, and to increase mobility opportunities for all staff.
